Connection Team Opportunities

Be available after services to meet with visitors, collect contact information, and answer questions (or direct toward someone who can answer- you don’t have to know it all!). Plan to follow up on known needs by relaying contact information and making introductions with people in the church. Consider hosting or being an intentional guest to get to know people better.

Not into standing at a table, but love to cook and/or eat? Host new people at your home or meet with them somewhere in town for a meal. Consider having another individual, couple, or family from the church join you to foster cross-connections in the FBC community. Plan to maintain some communication as people build up a community within the church.

Not a big “host”-y person, but still like meeting new people? Be the person who joins a host in getting to know visitors over a meal! Plan to follow up with people, anything from a “Hello!” in the church foyer to finding a common activity outside of FBC.

LifeGroups at FBC Opportunities

Be a part of the heart of ministry at FBC! Serve as a LifeGroup leader /assistant and support fellowship and discipleship of a small group
