“Discipleship is a significant investment in a specific few.” This has been my Mantra for the five years that my wife and I have served at Sheridan College as ministry directors. Jesus modeled this best with his investment in his 12 disciples. We are now immensely blessed to join the First Baptist Faith Family in the purpose of investing in the young generations so that they may know Jesus and seek to make Him known just as the 12 did.
My wife (Becky) and I were both born and raised in Casper Wyoming and consider ourselves “Wyomingites” to the core. I graduated UW with a bachelors in psychology and was mentored in the ways of ministry throughout college. This taught me how to maintain a walk with Christ amidst a secular and hostile environment toward the good news of Jesus. I look forward to sharing these “survival skills” with the Christian youth who are quickly finding themselves in the minority and ostracized because of their faith.
We recently doubled the size of our family with the addition of “the Rosty twins” and are learning and enjoying our new experience as parents. We are happy to be at FBC to serve and to praise God Most High with our brothers and sisters of Sheridan.
